  Literally the worst customer service ever. The people in this bank think that because it's a small town and they know everyone they can do whatever they want. They gave out account info to my husbands parents on an account that had only my name on it, and it is a struggle any time we go in there to get anything done. I love banking with first national but avoid the one in kersey at all cost.

  Our mail has been sent back to the sender due to our house number not existing. Funny how it's existed for 20 years and we just recently started having problems. Over the holiday season I had multiple boxes that didn't fit in our mailbox so they we're crammed into an area they didn't fit into and the packaging was ruined. Today I check our mail and I had not one, but two envelopes that were clearly W2s in my mailbox that were not mine. That's some pretty serious stuff to just mix up. Not sure why they are having problems lately but they need to get it together.

  Just started up a new hobby metal detecting I called ahead and make sure it was okay that I can metal detect in the Parks about 45 minutes into metal detecting landscaper Willie pulls up in church pretty much tell me I had to leave guess next time I should call the groundskeepers for permission to dig in their city parks they're the ones are running the show I guess so disappointed
